Titan Restoration Services is your local partner for water/fire damage, mold removal, bio/crime scene cleaning, and crawlspace encapsulation. Although in most cases we are paid by your insurance carrier, we work for you directly. Many insurance carriers will refer a “preferred vendor” that they want you to use that has to perform these services based on what the insurance tells them, saving them money. We are completely independent and use our vast experience and knowledge to perform this work in your best interest, not the carriers.

We are an independent restoration company which means we do not work for any insurance companies. This allows us to not only move faster, but to focus on you and what is best for your situation. We will also work on your behalf with your insurance provider to maximize every dollar we can get to help put your property back together.

01. Assessment & Planning
We’re available whenever you may call, at which point we’ll come out and quickly assess your situation and craft the initial game plan for getting things back to normal.
02. Excecution
Once the initial source of damage is under control, Titan Restoration Services will get to work making things right whether that involves water damage mitigation, fire damage repair, mold remediation or whatever your disaster may be. We’ll fix your issues.
03. Insurance Billing & Follow Up
Once your property has been satisfactorily repaired, Titan Restoration Services will bill your insurance company, making life as easy as possible throughout the complicated insurance claim process. We’ll follow up periodically to make sure you’re happy with the end results.
